For me, wellness is more than a lifestyle—it’s a journey that has deeply shaped who I am today. A few years ago, I struggled with my health and faced challenges on my path to becoming a mother. It was a difficult time, but it also became a turning point. When I embraced healthy eating, yoga, and mindful living, everything began to shift. My body healed, my mind grew calmer, and most beautifully, I was blessed with the gift of motherhood.

Today, as a mother, certified yoga instructor, and healthy recipe creator, I share what truly worked for me—nourishing food that supports the body, yoga practices that bring balance, and mindful habits that create space for joy and peace.
