This Minty Mango Smoothie is a perfect summer smoothie. Mango is definitely the king of all fruits but when combined with mint – it takes it to a whole new level as it adds refreshing fresh, cooling minty flavor, perfect for summer days. It is super quick and easy, perfectly filling and satisfying, and just deliciously good. It is vegan and healthy. It is also a great post workout smoothie.
Enough of the rambling, let’s get to the recipe 😋
Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend till everything is smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!!!
Tips
- It is a great post workout smoothie. Have it after 10-15 minutes of your workout. This will give you amazing results with your workout.
- Serve mango mint smoothie right away to get the best fresh flavors. I don’t recommend making it ahead of time.
- Use frozen mango pieces to get a nice and chilled smoothie.
- If you don’t have frozen mango cubes, then also you can have a chilled smoothie by just using chilled water.
- You can increase or decrease the quantity of mint leaves depending upon how strong or mild you like mint flavor in this mango mint smoothie.
